STEP 01 / YOUR FIRST MOVE

THE PAYMENT PICTURE

Where you start.
How it can come down.

The loan starts at the amount below. The next payment depends on the principal you pay down and the lender’s recalculation.

STARTING LOAN PAYMENT

$540.16/mo

With autopay • 10.99% APR

Amount financed
$54,466
Loan term
25 years
Down payment
$0

Without autopay: $560.43/mo at 11.49% APR. Figures reflect the current loan documents; final executed terms and lender statements govern.

AFTER FUNDS ARE APPLIED

A smaller balance.
A recalculated payment.

Eligible tax savings can help you pay down principal. At a scheduled checkpoint, the lender calculates the payment using the remaining balance and term.

ABOUT THE NUMBER WE DISCUSSED
≈ $211/mo

This was the original tax-benefit illustration. It is not yet a confirmed lender payment. Midas must confirm usable benefits, and the lender must confirm the payment after funds are applied.

A FEW HELPFUL ANSWERS

Clear from the start.

Keep this page handy. You can return to your checklist whenever you need it.

Does Midas automatically pay down my loan?

No. Midas helps with the incentive process. Once savings or funds are available to you, you choose the amount to apply and make an extra principal payment through your loan servicer.

When does my monthly payment change?

The current documents schedule recalculation after payments 12, 24, and 36. Your new amount depends on your remaining balance and term. Continue paying the amount on your statement until the lender updates it.

When do loan payments begin?

The current documents say approximately 75 days after substantial completion of the project. Your lender will confirm the actual first due date. Keep autopay active if you want the quoted autopay rate.

Are the tax benefits guaranteed?

Eligibility, the amount you can use, and timing depend on your circumstances and applicable tax rules. Midas and your tax professional should confirm these before you count on a particular amount. A multi-year tax estimate is not the same as cash available today.

Can I make extra principal payments?

The current loan documents allow prepayment without a prepayment penalty. Ask your servicer how to apply additional funds to principal and confirm that the payment posted correctly.

What is this guide based on?

The Concert / Medallion Bank loan documents reviewed October 24, 2026, the October 22 discussion, and the planned Midas My Incentives process. This guide helps organize next steps; your executed agreements, tax advice, and lender statements determine the final terms.
